Join us for our Artist in Residence Gallery Opening for Rozalia Singh on Gallery Night Milwaukee. Within her fall residency, Rozalia aims to inspire communities to begin the journey of researching their families and writing their own history. Rozalia’s art breathes life into her ancestors of color, telling the story of their migration to Milwaukee, and how these stories shaped the history and culture of our city. Rozalia strives to cultivate a residency space where community members see themselves, and their family’s journey, as something impactful. Rozalia Singh is the first of our 2024-2025 Artist in Residence cohort. This event is free and open to the public.
